Helle,
Originally, PHP::PRINT::IPP or Phpprintipp project were licensed under dual or
triple license, included LGPLv2 and BSD
Nowadays, there are several forks licenced under MIT or others, so my goal to
spreads the code is reached.
Due to my illness (bipolarity), and the abandon of the appliance which needed
this library in favor of a WebDev designed one (by a team, while I was sole),
I left it untouched since 2012.
Due to ippps standardisation in favor of https, the tls connection doesn't
worked with Cups after versions post 1.1, so every function except printing
was unusable.
A couple of weeks ago this post, I restarted to code Phpprintipp with the help
of Grok, solving that problem with a curl connection for IPPS, and solved the
numbers gestion which never worked well. Now I start a PhpprintIPP2.0 branch
with an entire new design which will follows the updates of IPP protocol (now
2.0), while keeping retro-compatibility with ipp1.0 and 1.1.
I want these features an exclusivity for free software network services, and
let for forks behind with their own coding, so I request for the switch to
AGPLv3 exclusively.
