The project bash-core serves as the base for a group of projects aimed to
provide specialized extension features for the ’bash’.
The complete set introduces in particular the paradigms of bash-library and
bash-scriptlet into the script programming. It extends the complete set of
shell configuration and customization by management features. Special support
for the GNU-Autotools and packaging is added.

Forced-Fairplay-Constraints: The complete text is contained in the software
package. They basically reject the base-license completely in case of
unfair-competition and/or fraud.
This is due to my personal racking financial experience caused by the vast
fraud and cheeting after I introduced the Multi-Vendor Cloud management
platform UnifiedSessionsManager based on the GPL-3 license -
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ctys/.
So the license is and remains in case of fairplay open source, else is
completely withdrawn for all the persons being part and/or related to the
issue.
Thus the savannah.gnu.org is still one of the right places to live for it.
