So, some files from po/ still have no appropriate notices. The status of files like ags/object/ags_marshal.c isn't clear: they declare Copyright (C) 2005-2018 Joël Krähemann, while the README says something uncertain like "copyright provided by http://www.gnome.org";. While at it, many READMEs have no recommended form of copyright notice; I would suggest updating them.
