I can see that you've fixed the first and the third issue; the second hasn't
been addressed; likewise, in some cases your notices still use HTTP rather
than HTTPS URLs. Then, could you make sure that all binary files are
mentioned in the respective READMEs?
Also, README is a documentation file; it should be licensed in an
FDL-compatible way.
