First, many many thanks for this GUI. It really seems a very good start, and

Some remarks that went to my mind when using it if it can be usefull to you:
* Keyboard shortcuts per jingles
* Multiple jingle playout. I believe you can't have infinite simultaneous
playout, but a setting for a maximun number of simultaneous playout, and a
script generated accordingly should work.
* Jingle can't be removed -- I think you didn't report it though I guess you
know it :)
* I can't add more than 3 items on queue for now.
Ha, and the theme is very nice, I see you liked ardour :-)
