I have commited a branch with a candidate for this.
Basically, I have factorized all source's command registration into the main
source class, getting rid of a lot of redundant code.
I think this is clean, the only worry is about start_stop where I had to
declare some source methods virtual whereas I think the class was meant to be
autonomous. However, this class should always be used to create a source so I
think its ok too..
