This is a good idea. However, your comment is strange: we've always had
fallible sources, the only recent novelty is that outputs have a mode for
accepting fallible sources, but it doesn't mean that any source can fail
anytime. In other words, we should make sure that the "once" mode is never used
with a playlist.safe().
Concerning the way to do it, I'm not sure. It looks like a "once" mode would be
compatible with "normal" and "randomize" orders. With "random", it doesn't make
sense because it would become the same as with "randomize". We could add
mode="once_normal" and "once_randomize".
I don't see what "each song" is.
