Two extra comments:
* I noticed a lot of #notify_new_request at times (10 in a row)
* There is actually one sanity check regarding queue_length, but it's in
#feed_queue so it was never executed... except when trying to shutdown
liquidsoap, for the last wakeup of the task ;)
