We should try to have RAW sources (i.e. sources that can contain mp3 / ogg /
any compressed data). And add some operators for on-demand decoding. Of course,
this is long-term work, but we could first make a branch with support for
non-processed raw source (e.g. a playlist of mp3 without transitions) and
elaborate from there. Do you forsee any big technical difficulty (apart from
having to bind low-level functions to access compressed streams)?
