It is a function defined in utils.liq.
Make sure you include pervasives.liq, which will automatically include
utils.liq and all other necessary files.
I believe if pervasives.liq is in the correct path, then Liquidsoap will
find and use it automatically, but the Liquidsoap guys can fill in the
details here :)
