Turns out I had done this for all the files. Thanks wGet. Lol!  I just 
redownloaded the raw content. Upon starting  liquidsoap again,I got

6-32: No encoder found for that format.
OK

The only encoder I have for that script is mp3. And I remember installing 
liblamemp3 a while back, like a week ago.
