regarding FLAC, i have working w32 liquidsoap version 1.2.0
and it has flac=0.1.2 flac.ogg=0.1.2 and the newer 1.3.0 beta shows
flac=0.1.3 flac.ogg=0.1.3 - i wonder what has changed that it crashes.
