аctually, 64bit windows build would be very welcome, at least in my
situation. i guess most servers these days are 64.

Ok, good news. Looks like the crash with flac doesn't happen when building a
64 bit windows binary. Probably an issue when running a 32 bit binary in a
64 bit windows host.
I'll publish a new beta shortly.
