Indeed, i've just set it up and it kinda works!
an excerpt from the manual:

following fields are placed in the name of the song file, separated by
dashes:
Song Title
Artist Name
Album Title
Record Label
Year of Release
---
however, most of the files i come across are named
artist[space]-[space]title
sometimes there is a track number and dash or space before the artist, and
that's pretty much the way everything is always named.
is there are config file to be tinkered with to adjust interpretation?
for example, i have a very common file like Jean-Luc Ponty - In the Fast
Lane (12- Remaster).mp3
it gets treated like this:
title: 'Jean',
artist: 'Luc Ponty ',
album: ' In the Fast Lane (12',
label: ' Remaster)',
that is - every single field is wrong :D and it's a most common way of file
naming, isn't it...
