Hi,

 I had a problem on an EBS volume attacched to one app-instance. It
started to give me some I/O error. I do not have logs...

 Then I rebooted the app instance but after rebooting the EBS volume
was not attached again.

 From the scalar panel the EBS volume resulted  attached but It
wasn't... I've tried to manually mont the volume, but it was not
attached.

 In order to fix the problem I recreated a new volume starting from a
snapshot and then manually reattached it to my instance in order to
fix everithing.

Does anyone know why the EBS volume has not been reattached to my app
instance after rebooting it?

The farm ID is: 638
