I am ready to start beta testing my farm that uses tomcat app roles. I'm just starting to read the tomcat administration docs and I'm finding it daunting. Not having a specific problem to solve is a problem itself.
Does anybody have any good first steps to take to prepare a tomcat role for real world use? I'm not sure what needs to be addressed. I am a little concerned that the default settings are not optimal and that I should be allowing more connections and using more memory. Any advice? I'm using the c1.medium app-tomcat-386 role.
