The mysqllvm role seems to be set up to do master-slave replication with a single master. Is there a role for doing master-master replication? If I created that role, would I be better off starting from a base role or the current mysqllvm role? My concern is that there may be scripts running on mysqllvm that would conflict with master-master or need to be backed out, so it might be better to start clean. I think I would also need to be a new mysql slave role, right?
So if I create a master-master role, I can keep 2 or more masters running and replicating to each other. I may not need any slaves until the load reaches a certain point, so I may want the minimum instances for the role to be 1. How does the current master role spawn slaves, or maybe how do instances of the current role know that they are slaves?
