1. Installed the Scalr (version: scalr-12092011-r5916.tar.gz) and logged in as admin/admin
2. There is a constant message "Insufficient permissions". Ignored it and tried adding account. 3. When an account creation screen is saved, there is an error "Cannot proceed your request at the moment. Please try again later." I am just unable to proceed further and use the installation as without account and account login, nothing can be done! Additionally in the apache error_log I can see "[Thu Dec 15 23:30:08 2011] [error] [client 192.168.2.102] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Scalr/ Billing.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php:/var/www/ scalr/app/src:/var/www/scalr/app/src/externals/ZF-1.10.8') in /var/www/ scalr/app/src/autoload.inc.php on line 203, referer: http://scalr.farm.domain.com/"; There are no Scalr logs yet.
