Scalr internal messaging for the server is Empty.

All Cron tasks are running as set in the Wiki.

Question: httpd is not running on the app instance and is in stopped state.
Also it is not set to startup on boot (centos – chkconfig is off). Is that
correct?

Check "Internal Scalr messaging" for this server and make sure messaging cron
tasks are being executed on Scalr server.

  5. httpd daemon is in stopped state on the instance
  6. Scalr servers is stuck in pending state.

Any ideas how I can get this sorted out?
