As in cloud keys you mean AWS access keys? In which case yes, and other
images/roles are launching ok, and yes, under hosted Scalr. I have a
couple of clients with this issue now. The mixed role option appears to
be greyed out for clients who don't have their own self created mixed
image roles in place, and, if it is greyed out, and they create a mixed
role then it becomes accessible again, but only shows the roles they
have created themselves, not the Scalr provided mixed roles.
My own account is displaying this exact symptom. Happy to log a support
request in the support forum?
