Hi Susanta, There are a few situations where Scalr is known to not be able to retrieve Windows password. These are described in our documentation here <https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/x/LYA0>. If there is a Governance Policy for SSH Key Pairs, Scalr will not be able to decrypt the password. Also, if using AWS and your Windows Image does not include the Ec2ConfigService configured with Ec2SetPassword enabled, AWS will not be able to provide an Administrator Password, and neither will Scalr. Additionally, if these are Azure instances, the password is found in Extended Instance Information -> Scalr Internal Properties -> Azure.Admin.Password rather than via the "Get Administrator Password function.
