Hi Marc,

I am using AWS and as per the instruction I did enabled the Administrator 
password to "Randam" on "Ec2ConfigServiceSetting" and then created the 
IMAGE. Still its returns EMPTY PASSWORD.  Do I have to do any thing else ? 
And Governance  is not even enabled.
