Hi!

First a suggestion:

I'd suspect the "Open as Tree" menue item below the File/Open and not in
the Window menue. (Frankly admitting that I used grep yestereve to find
it ;)

Then to the Analysis: I really get UCI analysis in "computer notation"
instead of SAN. I rechecked, freshly compiled 3.6.20 on my Debian
Stable, it stays the same. I tried all engines at hand (Fruit 2.1, Toga
1.2.1a, Toga 1.3.1, Shredder 11, Shredder 9, Gladrung 2e) it's always
the same.

BUT: I was able to track it a bit. :) It happens only in Single Line
mode. Once I use Multi-PV analysis everything is ok. That is it seems
just a line index for the rewriting procedure to start at the wrong
offset. (Though it is of course entirely broken for all engines that do
not support Multi-PV like Fruit 2.1 e.g.)
