Agreed! I'll probably never get why all these fora have so many
friends.  (A symptom of getting old? May be.) 
A wiki to gather the information, a mailing list with archive for discussions.

And both, forum and mailing list? Only a burden. More for the active people,
but even for a lurker like me ;-)
