Ah. I knew I read it somewhere. But the changelog did not
come to my mind.

Ah. So we are allowed to use them. My current FIDE.spf is
slightly beyond the Top 100, counting 5036 individual
entries which should be all that is available today. If this
is completely free we're in a good league already. (Mega2006
offers some 9516, about 6500 photos beyond FIDE, but of
course it's (c) ChessBase.)

The whole spf is approximately 40M as .spf.gz. What would be
the way to distribute it? Ie. where to put it for download
and how?
