Not on my system. Not only does the focus not follow the mouse, but
even clicking on the board or board window in any spot doesn't give
the board window focus. The only way I can get the focus (at least in
a way I can enter moves with the keyboard... possible move squares on
the board do light up when I hover over them but no keyboard entry) is
by clicking on the tab, which puts a dotted line around the tab title
and *then* keyboard entry works.

Note: I am on Windows XP.
