Automatically, yes. But I think if there is a section where
the help itself is target of the work, I fancy most users
will get it right where to add text.

Up to you. I'll not interfere here, however I'll try to help
out in case of questions, as far as I can answer them.

I came to some conclusion that Wikis does not work well for
real discussion.
