proofreading and translating soon. The 200-man year thing was an
eye-opener actually, I never realized it was /that/ much work.
Just to be sure I understand things correctly: With the 5-move
repetition you mean the rule that the game is drawn automatically if the
same position has been on the board 5 times consecutively isn't it?
I wasn't aware of this new rule until this morning actually.

There were new rules on this, but they had more to do with the way
people could claim their draw isn't it?
You're right, it's an add-on to support the five-move repetition, not a
replacement.
