It's only a visual information, nothing else, the game editor is not
restricting the user input. Furthermore it will be displayed optional, per
default it will not be shown.

This rule was added in section 9.6 on July 1, 2014:
If the same position occurs for five consecutive moves by both
players, the game is automatically a draw (i.e. a player does not
have to claim it).
It seems that this rule is not widely known. I'm not wondering, this rule
can be applied only if someone is supervising the game, so in general this
rule has no use. I'm wrong? Displaying this five-move rule information might be
useful if someone is using Scidb when watching (and entering) a game, so it
should be available by option.
