Could you clarify one thing for me? You tried kmod-r8168 from ELRepo,
not kmod-r8169. Is this correct? Your device ID pairing identifies
r8168 as the driver to use. Also, did you remove the existing module
from the running kernel and then modprobe the one from ELRepo to
ensure that you are using the latter one? This needs to be done
manually. Installing the kmod package will not load the module.
