That's very odd.
Did you do a
yum clean all
Yes, sure.
If so, and it's still not working, can you send me the output of
yum -d 10 -e 10 update
It's probrubly alot of output, so if you can just send it to me that will be
ok.
It's neither big nor informative from my point of view,
i've attached the output.
Funny things, I've solved my problem by:
- removing errata/SL/RPMS from the local mirror;
- mirroring SL47 again.
I don't have a proxy. I do mirror by ftp and all repos
also defineded with baseurl to ftp on the local server.
I've run old but useful perl script - mirror, it doesn't do
real mirror in case the size and mod time of a file is the same,
looks like that was the problem.
So far so good, but I'm worry why yum does not took
primary.xml.gz from ftp.scientificlinux.org in case
the first from my local mirror was bad? It seems to me,
this is a problem in yum code.
I'll try to reproduce the case when first baseurl have
a problem w/ primary.xml.gz but second isn't.
Thanks
Troy

Unfortunately, yes, it's still the same.
Trying other mirror.
