I use Michael Young's packages for Xen based on Fedora 16. Anything newer than that starts to cause issues in building due to newer dependencies. I then rebuild these for EL6. At least when I tried it not long ago as an experiment.

Eventually, when FC16 becomes unmaintained, I shall either maintain it manually or start creating them manually from the xen sources.
