i'm a "mostly vegetarian" who used to eat tons of soy. But I recently developed 
some issues that led my doctor to suggest I give up soy. Soy has a type of 
plant estrogen that may not be good for men. Baldness, however, wasn't an issue 
I dealt with due to soy. Hair is thinning and hairline receeding a bit, but i 
think that's more due to aging than the soy. At least I hope....
