Edwards did not finish his first term either, but that does not fit into you Black male hating world view does it, so just change the facts to fit your perspective. And Clinton did consider running after her first term, but republicans were in an uproar so she waited 4 whole additional years so she could get in those "35 years" of experience initiating bills to make holidays.
