Free pancakes National Pancake Day at IHOP is Tuesday, Feb. 23. So, you know there are free hotcakes out there somewhere. IHOP is giving away one free short stack — three buttermilk pancakes — from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. All they ask is that you consider making a donation to a children’s hospital through Children’s Miracle Network or other local charities. The free offer is valid only at participating restaurants.
