Among chains, I'm more partial to Cracker Barrel pancakes, though I don't frequent that restaurant. Stopped going when they started evidencing so much undeniable prejudice. Now I just stay away 'cause I'd eat myself into a coma with those pancakes, that maple syrup, and the sausage. But my fav pancakes are always found at locally owned mom-and-pops.
