Actually Ebert, the old school fart he is, loved the movie. Gave it positive review. :)
Saw it, LOVED IT. I don't think it was as groundbreaking as the Matrix for awesome storyline but it was definitely very, very cool. I had no problems following it and I'm not a "ooh shiny" when it comes to special effects either. ~ "Where love and magic meet" ~ http://www.adriannebrennan.com Experience the magic of the Dark Moon series: http://www.adriannebrennan.com/books.html#darkmoon Dare to take The Oath in this erotic fantasy series: http://www.adriannebrennan.com/books.html#the_oath The future of psychic sex - Dawn of the Seraphs (m/m): http://www.adriannebrennan.com/dawnoftheseraphs.html On Wed, Aug 4, 2010 at 5:26 PM, Martin Baxter <martinbaxt...@gmail.com>wrote: > > > Resending... > > On Wed, Aug 4, 2010 at 5:23 PM, Martin Baxter <martinbaxt...@gmail.com>wrote: > >> Having just turned 46, rave, I'm led to wonder where I'll fall in this... >> >> IMO, I see this as the young who prefer visual effects to highlight their >> movie-going experience against old-schoolers (such as myself) who grew up >> with nothing but the words to get the message across. >> >> On Wed, Aug 4, 2010 at 4:37 PM, Kelwyn <ravena...@yahoo.com> wrote: >> >>> >>> >>> >>> http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/the_big_picture/2010/08/why-is-it-that-the-older-you-are-the-more-you-cant-stand-inception-.html >>> >>> The other day I was talking to an old Hollywood hand who was astounded by >>> the runaway success of "Inception."
