This rocks! This is presisely the reason I write multicultural 
fiction. IMO writing race neutral is a weak copout, nothing more then 
lazy. A character's culture colors so much of who they are, even if 
they grew up in a culture not thier own, that affects them too. I 
have so much fun even researching other tribes besides mine for a 
character, much less other cultures. What a way to jip your creative 
toolbox, giveing that up.
