One general remark is that there is a lot of information there that I would prefer to be in the specific pages that it concerns. For instance 'Which clustering algorithm should I use' should be the first section of the clustering part of the documentation, IMHO. The reason that I stress that is that I fear that people may land on the clustering docs and not find their way to the FAQ. Of course in the FAQ, we should link to these chapters.
