That's a good point to make, and one I didn't clarify. Reference the
implementation for ideas, but do not copy it.
I had a similar problem when I created the silhouette coefficient for
scikit-learn. I have faster code that I wrote for work, but couldn't use
those specific techniques for the code I wrote for scikit-learn.
