I don't know what every has with bootstrap, but it's an absolute sledgehammer that causes more problems that it solves any. On my mobile phone, the twitter website (the original authors of bootsrap) is extremely slow and does not render very well. On my girlfriend's mobile phone, twitter detects that it's a mobile phone and send a different layout (server side, not client side). I am -1 for bootstrap or any heavy javascript website. Good HTML + CSS goes very far, is easier to maintain and does not require any additional work.
