Hi Robert, hi all!

Thanks! The talk is up here if anyone else is interested:

(The abstract is a bit out of date; I should update that.)

I went and built this:

    https://github.com/edschofield/python-future
    https://pypi.python.org/pypi/future/

I'd be very grateful for anyone's feedback! What else would this package need
in order to make sklearn's dual Py2+Py3 support cleaner and simpler than
currently? Or, since the sklearn Py3 port is mostly complete, what other
features might be helpful in this package in order to reduce the amount of work
needed for other projects to support both Py2+Py3, based on your experiences
with porting sklearn so far?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

Best wishes,
    Ed
