Initial Comment: Starting Selection, Text-Cursor interference. A somewhat annoying behavior of Scintilla/SciTE. (+ other Scintilla based editors) When there is no active selection, and the text-cursor is already positioned at the start of the selection you would like to make. Starting the intended selection will fail when clicking precisely on the text-cursor. Instead of starting a selection, Scintilla go's into moving-text mode.
