After Neil's recent remark about using StyleContext (specifically in
reference to its handling of "ch" as an int), I have been looking it
over with an eye to converting my lexer to using it.
I seems to me that its [int] member function GetRelative() does a
styler.SafeGetCharAt() without using the [now infamous]
static_cast<unsigned char>()... is this an oversight that should be
corrected, or am I missing something here?
