Thanks for clearing up that point, however you realise that whats probably happening in Delphi is exactly the same as what you've done in VB, it's just that someone has done it for you. You'd achieve the same effect in VB is you defined a sub-routine called SPerform. Anyway it's you're control.
RE: Problem
I'm not sure exactly what it does but if I have 10 minutes I'll have a look, it may help if you have a look at the ScIDE project on SourceForge, which includes ScintillaNET, a C# (and therefore .NET) wrapper around Scintilla.
