So the RefreshStyleData() and RefreshPixMaps() calls added are
[virtually all of the time] inexpensive because the "if" clauses
acting as "guards" will not be true (in general)?
Also, when viewing the version diff (with TortoiseCVS using a new
unstable version of WinMerge), does anyone else see an apparently
blank line @ 2726-2727 marked as a "change"? I.E., is this an actual
but invisible change in whitespace, or is it more likely an artifact
introduced by WinMerge (or eek!, the CVS client)?
