Its a real change. I didn't like the look of the two Refresh calls
being separated inside the update notification branch so removed the
extra line there and then for consistency earlier.
Thanks - with your information, I think I was just mis-reading the
WinMerge diff display showing the *added* blank line. Sigh.
BTW, thanks for the "pointer" to WinMerge from Scintilla's related
sites page. I have been using it for quite some time now, and have
been very pleased with its features and performance. :)
