in the zip file there is a modified version of SciTEGlobal.properties.
With this file you can use extended brace highlighting.
caret.line.back=#FFFED8
# Global default styles for all languages
# Default
style.*.32=$(font.base)
# Line number
style.*.33=back:#C0C0C0,$(font.base)
# Brace highlight
style.*.34=fore:#000000,back:#4FA7FF,bold
# Brace incomplete highlight
style.*.35=fore:#000000,back:#FF6666,bold
# Control characters
style.*.36=
# Indentation guides
style.*.37=fore:#C0C0C0,back:#FFFFFF
# Brace highlight 2
style.*.38=fore:#000000,back:#0080FF,bold
There is a new style 38 for the second brace pair.
