It ran without any errors. Then I copied the files to my usb stick, but I cannot start it there. The older version 1.66 I could run without any problems, but the new 1.68 get's the following error message: SciTE.exe - procedure "GetUserDefaultLCID?" was not found in "Kernel32.dll".
