Nicolas Chachereau:

- Lauch SciTE on GNU/Linux
- Open a file for which you don't have permissions to read
- SciTE opens a dialog complaining that it can't open
the file. Click "OK".
...
After clicking "OK", SciTE continues to try to open the
file, opening the same dialog ad vitam aeternam (ie
until you kill it...) and preventing me from resuming
my work (or even saving any amended file).

This also required load.on.activate=1. Fixed by adding another flag
that remembers that the open failed. This is not perfect as it would
be good to be able to recognise that an open failed because of
permissions, switch to the file manager or command line, change
permissions and have SciTE automatically load the file.

This (and other bugs) would cause less trouble if there was a way
to determine that SciTE was being activated from another application
rather than depending on focus being received as focus can shift
between SciTE's windows. It is not apparent how to work out that focus
is being transferred between windows owned by SciTE.
